How Do I Place a Custom Order

To place a custom order - Click on the Custom Order Form. This will take you to a Google form where you will start the ordering process. Once submitted a team member will be in contact to confirm order details, provide mock ups and send invoice

Is there an order minimum?

There is no order minimum!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer bulk order discounts! We have tiered discounts for orders of 10, 25, 50 and 100 or more tail bags.

What is the turnaround time to receive my custom tail bags?

Custom Tail bags are on average are shipped 3-4 weeks from time your payment is received! We can accommodate shorter time lines, please contact us for rush availability.

I'm not sure what design I'd like on my tail bags. Can you help?

YES! We offer full design services!

Can you take a drawing and put it on my tail bag?

Yes! We offer digital conversion services! We can take your hand drawn image and convert into a digital. Fees will apply.
